Annette Marie Merriman, age 75 of Caseyville, IL, born May 15, 1948, in Tampa, FL, passed away on Wednesday, December 27, 2023, at Anderson Hospital in Maryville, IL.

Annette enjoyed her family, especially spoiling her grandchildren.

Annette was preceded in death by her parents, Elzie M. and Monica A. (nee DeRosier) Manning; three brothers: Stanley (Mary) Manning, Jerome Manning, and Donald Manning; a sister, Iris (Kenneth) Songy; and a brother-in-law, Jim Mahoney.

She is survived by her husband, David R. Merriman, whom she married on April 7, 1972; two sons: Gregory (Jessica) Merriman of Granite City, IL, and Matthew Merriman of Caseyville, IL; two daughters: Valerie Nolan of Granite City, IL, and Sylvia (Steven) Perry of Granite City, IL; six grandchildren: Trever (Mackenzy), Taylor, and Tyler Nolan, Owen and Jake Perry, and Ethan Merriman; a great-grandchild, Ava Nolan; two brothers: Carl (Nancy) Manning of SC, Glen (Bonnie) Manning of FL; a sister, Arlene Mahoney; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at a later date with a burial in Florida.
