Charles M. Clark, age 67, of Collinsville, IL, passed away on Friday, June 30, 2023 at his residence.

He was born March 30, 1956 in Bethesda, MD to the late William and Ruth (nee Nauyok) Clark. He proudly served in the United States Navy and was a WWII enthusiast.  He retired from Cerro Copper after 20+ years of service as a head draw bench worker.  Charles volunteered for Meals on Wheels, was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, and enjoyed fishing.

In addition to his parents, he was proceeded in death by his brother-in-law, John Mitchell; sister-in-law, Carol Clark; and cousin, Tom Clark.

Surviving are his wife, Karen (nee Snider) Clark, whom he married June 14, 1997; a daughter, Shannon (Shane) Humphrey of Collinsville, IL; two grandchildren:  Mercedes and Alexis Clark; and a great-granddaughter, Alana Atchison; a brother, Greg Clark of Collinsville, IL; a sister, Brenda Mitchell of Phoenix, AZ; nieces and nephews.

A private graveside service will be held with military honors at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, MO.
