Deborah "Debbie" Ann Daniels, age 56 of Maryville, ILborn July 19, 1955 in East St. Louis, IL passed away Wednesday, December 21, 2011 at Barnes Jewish Hospital, St. Louis, MO.

Debbie worked for CSC in St. Louis, MO as a computer programmer. A 1973 graduate of Collinsville High School, Collinsville, IL, she loved animals and feeding them in her own backyard. Debbie enjoyed photography and was an avid fan of old black & white movies.

She is survived by her husband Joe Schmeling of Maryville, IL whom she married June 11, 2004, daughter Ashley Daniels of Troy, IL; sister Vicky (Gary) Pratt, San Leon, TX; step-daughters Gretchen (Matt) Riggs of Houston, TX, Heidi Schmeling of St. Louis, MO, and Hannah (Tim) Pauk of St Louis, MO; step-grandchildren, Zoey & Raya Riggs; and mother-in-law Iredell Schmeling of St. Louis, MO.

She was preceded in death by her parents Roy E. and Jacqueline nee Vinson Daniels.

Visitation will be Friday, December 23, 2011 from 4 pm until 8 pm at Barry Wilson Funeral Home, 2800 North Center Street (Rte. 159) Maryville, IL 62062.

Funeral Service will be at 10 am on Saturday, December 24, 2011 at Barry Wilson Funeral Home with Ryan Ballard officiating. Burial will be at Lake View Memorial Gardens in Fairview Heights, IL.
