Dennis "Denny" G. Bucklew, 78 of Troy, IL, passed away on January 22, 2021 at his residence surrounded by his family.

Denny served his country in the United States Army during Vietnam.  He was an over-the-road truck driver for over 40 years before retiring in 2016.

Dennis is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Wanda (nee Staggs) Bucklew, whom he married January 10, 1982; four sons:  Blake (Amber) Bucklew of Belleville, IL, Michael D. (Helen Pagano) Bucklew of West Salem, OH, Mark Seiber of Troy, IL, Billy (Jasmine) Arnold of Benton, KY; daughter, Joie (Todd) Green of Troy, IL; sister, Cathy (Richard) Porter of Loudonville, OH; nine grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Beryl Bucklew; two sons: Mark Bucklew Pagano and Steven Bucklew; grandson, Andrew Pagano; and brother, Dean Bucklew.

Denny made the heartfelt decision years ago to donate his body to St. Louis University School of Medicine.  Per his request, no services will be held at this time.  A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
