Dottie M. Ricker, age 80 of Alhambra, IL, formerly of Collinsville, IL, born August 20, 1939 in Alton, IL, passed away on Saturday, February 1, 2020 at Hitz Memorial Home in Alhambra, IL.

Dottie married Robert P. Ricker on December 22, 1956 and together they raised two children, Andrea and Bob, Jr.  She worked as a beautician before retiring.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Edith nee Thompson Ferguson; and a son, Robert "Bob" Ricker, Jr.

Surviving are her husband, Robert P. Ricker; daughter, Andrea Wolfson of Miami, FL; five grandchildren:  Cydney Ricker, Robert Ricker III, John Ricker, Jacob Wolfson and Allyson Wolfson.

Upon her request, Dottie's remains were donated to St. Louis University School of Medicine.

In celebration of her life, a funeral mass will be at 10 a.m. on Monday, February 17, 2020 at St. Boniface Catholic Church,110 North Buchanan Street, Edwardsville, IL with a luncheon immediately following.
