Francis "Frank" C. Cutlip, age 82 of Edwardsville, IL, formerly of Hartville, OH, passed away on Saturday, May 17, 2025 at Evercare of Lebanon in Lebanon, IL.

Frank worked for Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company and IBM in Data Security. He loved his Corvettes. Frank owned somewhere around 70 vehicles in his lifetime. Frank loved driving a new car.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Francis and Mary (nee Johnson) Cutlip; wife, Esther Allene Cutlip (nee Ternosky), and one son, Craig Cutlip.

Surviving are his daughter, Debbie (Stan) Samoska of Edwardsville, IL; one sister, Joyce (Ken) Black; daughter-in-law, Julie Cutlip of Columbus, OH; five grandchildren: Kori, Clayton, Adam, Sarah, and Jeff (Michelle); one great-grandchild, Amia; numerous nieces and nephews.

Frank will be cremated and buried with his wife, Esther, at Greenlawn Memorial Park and Mausoleum in Akron, OH at a later date.

Memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association and will be received at Barry Wilson Funeral Home, 2800 N. Center Street, Maryville, IL 62062.
