Fredrick Jordan, age 69 of Troy, IL born January 7, 1947 in Champaign, IL passed away at 8:22 a.m. on Sunday, May 8, 2016 at Anderson Hospital in Maryville, IL.

Fred worked for many builders and landscapers throughout the years before retiring. He was an Army veteran.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Rosanna Jordan.

He is survived by his wife, Peggy nee Johnson Jordan, whom he married on February 14, 1998; two daughters: Shannon (Paul Norman) Stone of O'Fallon, IL and Melanie (Mike) Perry of Fenton, MO; and two grandchildren: Tyrus and Declan.

Upon his request his body was donated to Washington University School of Medicine.
