Harold Edgar Siems, age 85 of Maryville, IL, born November 14, 1936 in St. Louis, MO, passed away on Friday, February 26, 2022 at Anderson Hospital in Maryville.

Harold retired from the former McDonnell Douglas. He was a member of First Baptist Maryville, an active CMT YMCA member, a national roller-skating coach and served on the Maryville Community Improvement Board.  At one time he was an avid bowler.

He was preceded in death by his father, Edgar Siems; mother, Loretta ( nee Donahue) Mueller; and step-father, Shadd Mueller.

He is survived by his wife, Margie L. (nee Smith) Siems, whom he married April 24, 1983; two children:  Randy Siems of St. Louis, MO and Sheri Price of Florissant, MO; three grandchildren:  Ryan Price, Corey Price and Tyler Price; two great-grandsons:  Maxwell and Kayden; two brothers-in-law:  Randy (Melanie) Smith of Collinsville, IL and Bryan (Keith Richardson) Smith of Wynona, NJ.

Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 12 noon on Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at First Baptist Maryville, 7110 State Route 162, Maryville, IL.

Funeral service will follow at 12 noon with Rev. Tom Hufty officiant.

Memorials may be made in Harold's honor to First Baptist Maryville and will be received at the visitation or can be mailed to the funeral home at 2800 N. Center Street, Maryville, IL 62062.
