Jacqueline Marie Wildhagen, age 87 of Maryville, IL, born September 22, 1930 in Atlas, IL, went to be with Jesus on June 29, 2018 with her family by her side.

Jacqueline was a 1948 graduate of Pittsfield High School in Pittsfield, IL. In her younger years, she worked at Strauss Department store in Pittsfield and loved it, especially her co-workers. She married Marion W. Wildhagen on March 22, 1951 and raised two children. She loved life and had a great sense of humor. She was a fantastic cook, enjoyed making crafts, and quilting. She was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother. She will be deeply missed.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Marion W. Wildhagen; her parents, James and Mary nee Horton McIntyre; and an infant sister, Sheila Foster.

She is survived by a daughter, Jan Wildhagen; a son, Eric Wildhagen; and two granddaughters: Ellen (Zach) Domes and Caitlyn Wildhagen.

Upon her request, Jacqueline was cremated. Private services will be held. She will be buried at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, MO with her husband.
