Jay Kevin Pauley, age 45 of Maryville, IL, born October 11, 1970 in St. Louis, MO, passed away at 6:37 am on Saturday, November 7, 2015 at his residence.

Jay was owner and operator of Pauley Painting in Maryville. He attended Lifepoint Church in Maryville, enjoyed home improvements, mowing his grass, and he loved to BBQ.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John Kevin and Judy Ann nee Fortel Pauley; and a son, Jay Kyle Pauley.

He is survived by four children: Chase Jamison, Trenton Andrew, Kimberly Sue, and Channing Elizabeth Pauley; and two sisters: Jennifer Kay Pauley and Jill Kathleen (Jeremy) Huey, both of St. Louis, MO.

Visitation will be from 4pm to 7pm on Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at Barry Wilson Funeral Home, 2800 North Center Street, Maryville, IL.

Funeral service will be Tuesday evening at 7pm with Pastor Eddie Bradley and Pastor Joshua Botello officiating. Private burial will be in Buck Road Cemetery in Maryville, IL.

Memorials may be made to the Awaken Project Drug Prevention and Education Program and will be received at the funeral home.
