Joyce Ann Foley, age 73 of St. Charles, MO, born June 5, 1943 in St. Louis, MO, passed away on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at Lewis & Clark Gardens in St. Charles, MO.

Joyce was a retired accountant having worked for many construction companies throughout her years. During the 1970's she was a belly dancing instructor. She was of the Catholic faith.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by two sons: Tim (Kristin) Foley of St. Charles, MO and Kevin (Kelly) Foley of MO; a daughter, Donna Foley of MO; one grandchild; a sister, Mary (Larry) Bell of O'Fallon, IL; numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Friday, March 10, 2017 at Barry Wilson Funeral Home, Maryville, IL.

Funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. following the visitation with Father Joseph Havrilka officiating. Burial will be in Buck Road Cemetery, Maryville, IL.

Memorials may be made to the Warren Billhartz Animal Shelter and will be received at the funeral home.
