Judith A. Salitza, age 76 of Collinsville, IL, born May 19, 1944 in Youngstown, OH, passed away on Saturday, September 12, 2020 at Integrity Healthcare of Smithton.

Judith was a retired medical transcriptionist after 35 years of service.  She loved to cook, sew, read and enjoyed art.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Stanley and Helen nee Smur Lysowski; a brother, Joseph Lysowski; and a sister, JoAnne Berger.

She is survived by her three children, Eric Salitza of Collinsville, Jami (Todd) Blaylock of Collinsville and Jay (Lisa) Salitza of Houston, TX; three grandchildren, Tayleur, Grant and Ryan; numerous nieces and nephews.

Upon her request, she was cremated and private services will be held at a later date.

Memorials in Judith's honor may be made to A.S.P.C.A. or Animal Defense League and can be mailed to the funeral home at 2800 N. Center Street, Maryville, IL 62062.
