Karen Lee Jackson (Kindhart), age 51, of Collinsville, IL passed away at 9:15 a.m. on Monday, January 27, 2014, with her loved ones in Troy, IL.

Karen was born on November 28, 1962 in Normandy, MO, and grew up in Caseyville and Troy, IL. She lived in Collinsville for over 22 years. She loved to crochet, listen to rock music, and spend time with family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Raymond Kindhart.

Surviving is her daughter, Sarah Jackson of Collinsville, IL; her sons, Derek (Jordan) Jackson of St. Jacob, IL, and Tyler Jackson of Collinsville, IL; grandsons, Evan Jackson and Marty Jackson; granddaughter, Emily Jackson; her mothe,r Beverly (Donald) Gieselman of Troy, IL; sister, Donna Siemaszkwicz of Collinsville, IL; and a brother, Robert (Patricia) Kindhart of Pierron, IL.

Visitation will be from 4pm to 8pm on Thursday, January 30th at Barry Wilson Funeral Home, 2800 North Center Street, Maryville, IL

Funeral services will be at 10am on Friday, January 31st at the funeral home, with Rev. Mark Horn officiating. Burial will be immediately following at Lakeview Memorial Gardens in Fairview Heights, IL.
