Kay Ann Webb, age 69 of Collinsville, IL, born July 22, 1951 in East St. Louis, IL, passed away on Thursday, April 15, 2021 at her home.

Kay was a 1969 Collinsville High School graduate.  She retired from Anheuser-Busch as a safety director.  She was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church and volunteered with several organizations within the church.  She was a wonderful homemaker and enjoyed cooking and making crafts.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Pete and Blanche (nee Neutzling) Turnbeaugh.

She is survived by her husband, Gary Webb; and a sister, Leslie (Bill) Jourdain of Collinsville.

Visitation will be 3 – 7 p.m. on Monday, April 19, 2021 at Barry Wilson Funeral Home, Maryville, IL and 9 – 10 a.m. on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Collinsville.  Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, social distancing guidelines will be observed and masks are required to be worn.

Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at the church with Rev. Kyle Wright officiating.  A private burial will be at Sunset Hill Cemetery, Glen Carbon, IL.

Memorials may be made in Kay's honor to Holy Cross Lutheran School and will be received at the visitation or can be mailed to the funeral home at 2800 N. Center Street, Maryville, IL 62062.
