Linda Annette Markovich, age 57 of Collinsville, IL, born February 24, 1963 in Kennett, MO, passed away on Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at Anderson Hospital in Maryville, IL.

Linda was a homemaker.  She loved to go to yard sales and even ran her own Facebook yard sale site.

She was preceded in death by her father, Larry Hicks; and an infant grandson, Steven Wesley Smith.

She is survived by her mother, Eula nee Burns Hicks of Worden, IL; husband, Steve Markovich, whom she married March 22, 1980; daughter, Tina (John Wes) Smith of Collinsville, IL; two grandchildren:  Alyssa and Bella Smith; two sisters:  Brenda (Troy) Puckett of Livingston, IL and Carolyn (Kevin) Kent of Worden, IL; numerous nieces and nephews including one great nephew, Carson, who she was crazy about.

Visitation will be 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, March 12, 2020 at Barry Wilson Funeral Home, Maryville, IL.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, March 13, 2020 at the funeral home with Rev. Mark Howell officiating.  Burial will be in Sunset Hill Cemetery, Glen Carbon, IL.
