Margaret "Tina" Alice Murphy, age 66 of Springfield, IL, born December 1, 1957, in Springfield, IL, passed away on Thursday, December 7, 2023, at Anderson Hospital in Maryville, IL.

Tina was a beloved mother and grandmother. She enjoyed gardening, shopping, and had a deep love for dogs.

She was preceded by her husband, Nicholas John Murphy, Sr.; parents, John and Georgia, nee Dudleston, Ealey; and two dogs, Niko and J.K.

Surviving are her daughter, Nicole (Jacob Edmiston) Murphy of Edwardsville, IL; son, N.J. Murphy III of Springfield, IL; granddaughter, Nora Jo Murphy; and grand-dog, Arlo.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
