Marilyn Sue Logsdon, age 72 of Collinsville, IL, born April 6, 1950 in Vandalia, IL, passed away on Saturday, October 1, 2022 at River Crossing of Edwardsville.

Marilyn was a graduate of Nakomis High School and was employed as a legal secretary until her retirement. She enjoyed cooking with her husband, Wayne.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Earl Hoyt and Fannie (Cearlock) Hopwood, two brothers, and a sister.

She is survived by her husband, Wayne Logsdon, whom she married January 10, 1970; a daughter, Amanda (Jason) Robertson; and one grandchild, Connor Jason Robertson.

A memorial service will be held on October 29, 2022 at Victory Bible Baptist Church in Collinsville, IL.
