Mary Ann Struense, age 88 of Collinsville, IL, born February 25, 1932 in Collinsville, passed away on Monday, November 30, 2020 at Caseyville Nursing & Rehab.

Mary Ann had worked at Kruta's Bakery in Collinsville for 34 years.  She rode her bicycle to work every day.  She was a member of SS Peter & Paul Catholic Church, the Collinsville Senior Club, and loved to play bingo.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur John and Anna Wilhelmina (nee Meier) Struense; three brothers, Raymond, Earl and Arthur Struense; and a sister, Emma McCormick.

Surviving is one sister, Arlene J. Struense of Collinsville, IL; and a niece, Catherine Marie Smith of Pearland, TX.

A graveside service will be held at 2pm on Thursday, December 3, 2020 at SS Peter & Paul Catholic Cemetery, Collinsville, IL with Father John Beveridge officiant.

Memorials may be made in Mary Ann's honor to SS Peter & Paul Catholic Church or the Collinsville Senior Center and will be received at the funeral home.
