Miranda Leigh Bohnenstiehl, age 29 of Fairview Heights, IL, passed away on Thursday, February 15, 2024.

She was born December 21, 1994 in Granite City, IL to Joseph and Tammy (nee Cooper) Bohnenstiehl.  She graduated from Belleville East High School, Class of 2013.  She was an avid soccer player and played in college.  Miranda's two daughters were her whole world along with her family.  She was loved immensely and will be dearly missed.

She is survived by her two daughters, Whitley and MaKenley; parents, Joseph and Tammy Bohnenstiehl of Fairview Heights; a brother, Cameron Bohnenstiehl of Fairview Heights; grandfather, Marvin Bohnenstiehl of Maryville; grandmother, Donna Rogers of Collinsville; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will be 4 – 7 p.m. on Wednesday, February 21, 2024 at Barry Wilson Funeral Home in Maryville, IL and 10 – 11 a.m. on Thursday, February 22, 2024 at the funeral home.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home officiated by Rev. Ron Habermehl.  Burial will be in St. John Cemetery, Collinsville, IL.

Memorials are suggested to her children's college fund and will be received at the visitation or can be mailed to Barry Wilson Funeral Home.
