Nancy Carolyn Graves, age 82 of Collinsville, IL, born January 25, 1938 in Belleville, IL, passed away on Sunday, December 13, 2020 at Anderson Hospital in Maryville, IL.

Nancy was a retired teacher from Collinsville Unit 10.  She mentored international students at SIUE (Southern Illinois University Edwardsville).  She was a member and past President of P.E.O. (Philanthropic Educational Organization) Chapter ML, member of Delta Kappa Gamma, and the Collinsville First United Methodist Church. She enjoyed traveling, gardening, and art.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Kathleen (nee Wilson) Lee ; and a brother, Richard L. Lee.

She is survived by her loving husband, Dean A. Graves, whom she married July 15, 1961; a daughter, Lisa Graves of Collinsville, IL; two sons, Shaun (Vicki) Graves of Moline, IL and their two daughters, Charlotte and Clara, and Chris (Barbara Honey) Graves of Delmar, NY and their son, Nick; a sister, Marilyn (Tom) Boschert of Belleville, IL; a sister-in-law, Mary Jo Lee; numerous nieces and nephews.

Private services will be held.  A public Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
