Patricia Lynn Achenbach

Patricia L. Achenbach, 67, of Collinsville, IL, passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, October 10, 2026.

Memorial visitation will be held from 9 a.m. to 12 noon on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at St. John United Church of Christ, 307 West Clay, Collinsville, IL 62234. A memorial service will follow at noon, with Pastor Miranda Moeller officiating.

Memorials are suggested to Learning Tree Preschool and Siteman Cancer Center. Donations will be accepted at the visitation or may be mailed to Barry Wilson Funeral Home, 2800 N. Center Street, Maryville, IL 62062.
