Patricia D. St-Germain, 75, passed away at her residence in Collinsville, IL on Friday, December 5, 2025.

Pat is survived by her husband, Sylvain St-Germain, whom she married on June 16, 2001; one daughter, Melissa Lavin, three grandchildren: Samuel, Zane, and Dylan Licare.

Pat was born in Granite City, IL to the late Emmett Pazia and Betty Jane ( nee Rodgers) Pazia. She was a 1968 graduate of Madison High School. Pat went on to earn her bachelor's and master's degree in education from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville. She was employed by Collinsville Community Unit School District #10 where she taught 1st Grade Elementary and Music for 35 years. Pat was a member of the Collinsville Education Association, Illinois Education Association, National Education Association, and Illinois Retired Teachers Association.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Per Pat's wishes, she will be cremated, and no services to be held at this time.

Memorials may be made in Pat's honor to ASPCA-American Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals and will be received at Barry Wilson Funeral Home.
