Paulette Rae (Patterson) Dial, age 62 of Maryville, IL, born December 16, 1956 in Portsmouth, VA, passed away on Sunday, March 17, 2019 at her residence.

She was a retired office administrator for Speedco Truck Lube & Tires. She liked to crochet and she loved her family, her pets, and times shared with friends.

Paulette was preceded in death by her parents, Charles S. Watson and Isabel Leigh ( nee Druien) Theiling; her first husband, Timothy Patterson, Sr.; and a nephew, Colley Smith.

She is survived by her husband, James Dial, whom she married on June 7, 1996; a son, Timothy Patrick Patterson, Jr., of Maryville; a daughter, Christine Patterson Lane of St. Louis, MO; 3 grandchildren: Taylor, Austin, and Charles James (C.J.) Lane; 4 great grandchildren: Gabriella, Cassidi, Kennedi and Meredith; 4 sisters: Elizabeth Bladdick of Collinsville, Mary Fancher of Michigan, Paula (Rick) Corbett of Maryville, and Pamela (Harold) Smith of Killeen, TX; numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial visitation will be 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, March 23, 2019 at Barry Wilson Funeral Home in Maryville, IL.

Memorial service will be at 4 p.m. following the visitation with Rev. Cecil Cook officiating. Burial will be in Buck Road Cemetery, Maryville, IL.
