Phyllis Jean Osaben, 79, of Collinsville, IL, passed away on Thursday, October 15, 2026, at her home.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, October 22, 2026, and from 11 a.m. to 12 noon on Friday, October 23, 2026, at Barry Wilson Funeral Home in Maryville, IL. Funeral services will follow at 12 noon, with Rev. Ron Habermehl officiating. Burial will be in St. John Cemetery in Collinsville, IL.
Memorials are suggested to St. John’s Community Care and will be received at the visitation or may be mailed to Barry Wilson Funeral Home, 2800 N. Center Street, Maryville, IL 62062.
