Ricky S. Galloway, age 70 of Maryville, IL, born June 2, 1954 in East St. Louis, IL, passed his final finish line on August 7, 2024 at Gateway Regional Medical Center in Granite City.

Ricky retired from Boeing where he worked as a building mechanic.  He enjoyed watching NASCAR, going to the casino, but especially loved spending time with his grandsons.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel and June (nee Powell ) Galloway; and a sister, Barbara Wright.

Surviving are his wife, Deborah (nee Weissert) Galloway, whom he married December 5, 1975; a son, Nicholas Galloway; a daughter, Rebecca (Todd) Sivia; three grandchildren: Austin, Matthew and Andrew; two brothers: Bob and Kent Galloway; brother-in-law, Roy Wright; numerous nieces and nephews; and his "White Cloud" Toby, his goldendoodle.

Per his request, he was cremated and no services will be held.

Memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Wounded Warriors and will be received at Barry Wilson Funeral Home, 2800 N. Center Street, Maryville, IL 62062.
