Ronald Orville Meadows, age 73 of Woodson Terrace, MO, formerly of Collinsville, IL, passed away on July 12, 2022 at his residence.

He was born on June 12, 1949 in East St. Louis, IL to the late Orville and Rose Marie (nee Langston) Meadows. Ronald was a retired paramedic for BJC.  He was a Vietnam Marine veteran, and enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson, fishing, hunting and photography.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Colleen Meadows.

He is survived by two daughters:  Sara Davis of Glen Carbon, IL and Bridgett (Shawn) Yeager of Imperial, MO; five grandchildren:  Madison Davis, Victor Kizer V, Noah Kizer, Ethan Yeager and Morgan Yeager; two brothers:  David and Danny Meadows both of Collinsville, IL; two sisters:  Patricia Warren of Houston, TX and Marilyn Boggs-Bailey of Collinsville, IL; numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 4 – 7 p.m. on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at Barry Wilson Funeral Home in Maryville, IL.

Graveside service with military honors will be at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis, MO.
