Ruth Ann Sirtak, age 73 of O'Fallon, IL, born January 25, 1944 in E. St. Louis, IL, passed away on Sunday, February 5, 2017 at Anderson Hospital in Maryville, IL.

She was the retired owner and operator of the former R-Place Bar in Belleville. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Lebanon, IL.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph William and Virginia nee Hendricks Wegrzyn; and a brother, Michael Wegrzyn.

She is survived by a son, Bobby Sirtak of Harrisburg, IL; and a daughter, Amy Sirtak; a granddaughter, Lexi Sirtak; two brothers: William (Judy) Wegrzyn and James Wegrzyn.

Her wishes were to be cremated and private burial will be held at a later date.
