Sandra Jean Reyman, age 83 of Maryville, IL, born November 10, 1937 in St. Louis, MO, passed away on Thursday, January 21, 2021 at Anderson Hospital in Maryville.

Sandra graduated from St. Francis Borgia in Washington, MO.  She was a Home Managerial Specialist, Professional Rugrat Keeper.  She was a member of Mother of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Maryville for over 33 years.  Sandra loved to travel, having traveled to 36 states, Paris France, Rome and Venice Italy.

She was preceded in death by her parents, August and Katherine (nee Dennis) Schowengerdt; husband, Richard Lee Reyman, whom she married April 1, 1957; a daughter, Clarissa "Chris" Reyman; and canine companions, Peaches and Peanut.

She is survived by a son, William "Bill" (Tammy) Reyman of Edwardsville, IL; two grandchildren:  Courtney and Cody Reyman; a sister, Penny (Whitey) Whitehead of St. Louis, MO; and three nieces:  Cara (Joe) Garst, Laurie (John) Weston and Julie Palozola, all of St. Louis, MO.

Visitation will be 11am to 1pm on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at Barry Wilson Funeral Home, Maryville, IL.  At the request of Sandra, come comfortably dressed as she will be relaxing comfortably in her pajamas.  Due to the current COVID restrictions, social distancing guidelines will be observed and face masks are required.

Funeral service will be at 1pm following the visitation with Father Jeff Holtman O.F.S. officiating.  Burial will be in Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, IL.

Memorials may be made in Sandra's honor to Partners for Pets or Warren Billhartz Cancer Center and will be received at the funeral home.
