Shirley Marie (nee White) Seib, age 94 of Collinsville, IL, born March 4, 1928 in East St. Louis, IL, passed away on January 4, 2023 at the Edwardsville Care Center.

Shirley was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan and a member of St. John United Church of Christ. She also enjoyed Bingo and watching old westerns. Shirley was proud to have 44 years of sobriety.

She was preceded in death by her parents, George Jr. and Mildred (nee Morris) White; former husband, William Seib; a son, William Seib Jr.; two grandsons, Adam and Gunner Seib; two brothers, Robert and Donald White; and her best friend, Janet Nicol.

Surviving are her two sons; Jimmy (Becky) Seib of Collinsville, and Tommy Seib of Hot Springs, AR; a daughter Patti Miller of Collinsville; 23 grandchildren, Kamakae, Courtney, Keara, Jimmy Jr., Jerusha, Hannah, Faith, Sarah, John, Jeananne, Kevin, Jessica, Jeffrey, Josh, Joel, Katie, Shelby, Bethany, Heather, Elizabeth, Jessica, Leslie, and Jason; numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 12 noon on Saturday, January 14, 2023 at Barry Wilson Funeral Home in Maryville, IL, followed by a service with Rev. Jenn Glover officiating.

Burial will be at St. John Cemetery in Collinsville, IL.

Memorials may be made to Unity Hospice and St. John United Church of Christ and will be received at the funeral home.
