Stephanie Sue Bartsch, age 59 of Odesa, TX, formerly of Collinsville, IL, born October 29, 1965 in East St. Louis, IL, passed away on Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at her residence.

Stephanie was adopted at birth by Dr. Peter and Mrs Elizabeth Bartsch.  She attended Collinsville Unit 10 schools where she was involved in both music and sports.  She was a naturally gifted musician and athlete.

She had a big heart and was a caring individual who worked her entire life.

She will be missed by friends and family.

She is survived by her brother Michael and Julie (Burns) Bartsch, niece Michelle and Corbin Hackley, nephew Andrew Bartsch and Kelsey Card, and grandnephew Wolfgang.

A memorial visitation will be held on Thursday April 10, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Barry Wilson Funeral Home in Maryville, IL.  Private burial will be in Lake View Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Fairview Heights, IL.
