Susan Lynn nee Bunger Andreas, age 60 of Maryville, IL, born June 15, 1953 in Rochelle, IL, passed away Monday, October 7, 2013 at her residence.

Susan graduated from Oregon High School, Oregon, IL, andthen attended Rockford Business College. She retired as an administrative assistant for the Triad School District #2. Susan loved traveling, gardening, being outdoors, visiting the Missouri Botanical Gardens, and especially enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren. She was a member of the Troy United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Michael E. Andreas, whom she married on May 20, 1972; son, Bryan (Carrie) Andreas of Edwardsville, IL; daughter, Janna (Dan) Pettus of Glen Carbon, IL; four grandchildren: Amira, Jax, Gia, and Kai; parents, Milford and Nancy nee Horton Bunger of Ashton, IL; two brothers: Michael (Cindy) Bunger of Oregon, IL and Matt Bunger of Williamsville, IL; sister, Teresa Bunger of Bartlett, IL; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 1pm to 4pm Friday, October 18, 2013 at Troy United Methodist Church, 407 Edwardsville Road, Troy, IL.

Memorial service will begin at 4pm Friday with Rev. Dennis Price officiating.

Her cremated remains will be scattered at sea off the island of Kauai, Hawaii on
