Thomas "Tommy" Reed Elkin II, age 53 of Alton, IL, born April 23, 1971 in Jefferson City, MO, passed away on Monday, October 14, 2024 at his residence.

Tommy worked as a lead call center representative for HGS. He loved photography, dogs (especially his canine companion Hopper), computer gaming, and graphic design. Over the years he has stayed connected with his friends from high school, as well as new friends he's made along the way, and enjoyed spending time with all of them.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas R. and Karen Kay (nee Lenox) Elkin.

Surviving is his brother, Tony Elkin of Troy, IL; aunts, uncles and cousins.

Memorial visitation will be 2 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, November 2, 2024 at Faith Family Church, 704 N. Green Mount Road, Shiloh, IL.

Memorial service will follow at 4 p.m. with Pastor Melissa Pellman officiating.
