Tina Lee Dus (Cornwell), 56 of Maryville, IL, born January 27,1964,  passed away Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at her residence surrounded by family after a courageous battle with lung cancer.

Tina was a caregiver by trade, working as a CNA for many years. Tina enjoyed attending concerts, her favorite band was Shine Down; traveling, especially cruises; the outdoors; caring for her two dogs, Sissy and Abby; spending time with her friends and family, including the many adventures she embarked on with her sister Peggy.

Tina was preceded in death by her mother, Ora Bell Cornwell; and her grandparents, Blaine and Fay Douglas.

Tina is survived by her father, Richard Cornwell Sr; her loving husband of 18 years, Stephen Dus Jr; her three sons, Eric Kalbfleisch, Justin Kalbfleisch and Lee Kalbfleisch; six grandchildren, Bailey Kalbfleisch, Cheyanne Chase, Blaine Kalbfleisch, Izabella Kalbfleisch, Alyssa Kalbfleisch and Judithe Kalbfleisch; her brother, Richard Cornwell Jr; her sister and best friend, Peggy (Chuck Atwood) Werneth; two sisters-in law, Cathy Dus, Jeannie Idoux; brother-in-law, John Dus; two nieces, Casey Branch, Alicia (Brandon) Anderson; great niece, Emily Branch; two great nephews, Trey Branch, Brady Siecker.

Tina wished to be cremated.  The family will receive friends in December at a Celebration of Life ceremony.

Tina will be greatly missed by all her family and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to the Lung Cancer Research Foundation in Tina's honor.
