Veronica "Ronnie" Mary Wilson, age 94 of Caseyville, IL, was born on March 14, 1917 in East St. Louis, IL. She passed away at 11:39 pm on Sunday February 5, 2012 at Anderson Hospital in Maryville.

Veronica was a retired receptionist for the former Lineblad & Miller Optometry in Edgemont, IL. She was a past member of the Red Hat Society and the Silvertones. She was a member St. John United Church of Christ in Collinsville, IL, and thoroughly enjoyed playing Bingo, Shopping, and Reading.

She is preceded in death by her husband Richard Harley Wilson whom she married on September 5, 1937, her parents Michael and Cecelia nee Fournie Reinhardt, 3 brothers Wesley, Michael, and George Reinhardt, 2 sisters Velma Couch and Rose Powers.

She is survived by a son Kenneth (Debbie) Wilson of Collinsville IL, 3 grandchildren Sara Ann, Margaret Elaine and Elliott Richard Wilson all of Collinsville, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.

Visitation will be from 4pm to 8pm on Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at Barry Wilson Funeral Home, 2800 North Center Street, Maryville, IL.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 am Thursday, February 9, 2012 at Barry Wilson Funeral Home, with Pastor Katie Jo Fuller officiating. Burial will be in Lake View Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Fairview Heights, IL.
